pork4.jpg

If I told you I had an amazing 10 minute dinner for you, would you be in? This is a simple pork skillet with the most delicious pan sauce that that takes minutes to put together and is perfect for any night of the week. I have access to precut organic pork chops, that the butcher cuts about 1/2 inch thick. If this is not available to you, you can buy a roast and slice it yourself.

It really is as easy as sautéing the pork on each side, adding an easy to make Honey Mustard glaze and letting it finish cooking through! yep, that easy. Serve it with steamed or roasted veggies and roasted white or sweet potatoes and you have a complete, quick & healthy meal for your whole family to enjoy.

This dinner is a lifesaver when you are in a hurry.
