Pineapple (throwback to the 80's) cocktail party dip

Ok, I’m having fun with the title, but this Pineapple dip is perfect for any occasion, especially when kids are involved. When the kids in my family were young, of course my Mom made this with Cool whip and we thought it was heaven. Do they even still make Cool Whip? Gosh please don’t use that!

italian wedding cookies {gluten free}

Growing up these were always called Italian Wedding Cookies, but they can also be called Butterballs or Snowballs. Either way they are delicious buttery balls covered in powdered sugar and I can’t find anything wrong with that. I swapped out regulare flour for gluten free and added lots of butter so the cookies would not crumble and I could not be happier with the result.

easy turkey meatballs {paleo}

I just needed something simple to make for dinner and the normal chicken and beef just wasn't what I was in the mood for. My kids are used to Sunday sauce, so I wasn't sure they were going to go for Turkey meatballs, but these turned out so tender and flavorful, that everyone was happy. These really take minutes to throw together and only need to simmer for about 30 minutes, so it is quick too.

paleo honey mustard dressing

I love salads, and making my own salad dressing is a must when eating real food. Think about it, it takes minutes to make, you can pick all of your own ingredients and you get to bypass horrible oils like soybean and vegetable, along with all of those crazy items no one can say, but certainaly should not eat (can you say xantham gum, gar gum or carrageenan).
