I have a family who loves muffins and breads, and I have worked very hard to create healthy nutrient dense recipes that they will eat. I'm not always successful, but this one was a hit. While adopting more of a Ketogenic approach to eating, this is a terrific way to add nutrient dense, healthy fats to so many dishes. These Hello Dolly's make the perfect sweet treat for Valentine's Day and are great to feed a crowd. I made these for a Super Bowl party this past weekend, but will save a few to surprise my kids. They can be made dairy free with coconut sweetened condensed milk and can also be modified by throwing in your favorite nuts or dried fruit. Who says you need to follow recipes anyway!
